By using simple and modern design tactics, I wanted to create a space where users could browse the site and feel calm and reassured that their home improvement needs would be met and exceeded by Beukelman Construction. I believed that many of the features in this website should remain simple in order that they did not take away from the pictures that were being presented on the site, but instead complemented the modern and minimalist designs. The company’s work and dedication to their business is showcased through the pictures on every page, making the sight both an informative and visual portfolio of the company’s work, encouraging users to interact and take their next steps in their home improvements.
